CANCELLATION POLICY

There has been a price increase set for the new year, I am now offering packages with everything included (single services are still optional). Tips are always greatly appreciated, but are optional via venmo or cash only. There will not be an option for card tips at checkout in 2025. All color/chemical services have a $20-$50 deposit that is required in order to book the service. That deposit will go towards your total amount at checkout. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE at all times, if you need to reschedule; please give a 24 hour notice. You can use that deposit to reschedule up to two times before being required to make a new deposit. If no showed or a cancellation within 24 hours happens, you will be charged 50% of the service booked with NO refund on deposit. A 24 hour cancellation policy is enforced. I understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment and I will gladly reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel (or no show) your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the full price of all of the scheduled services. Any services that do not require a deposit; if no showed, than 100% of service will be charged with the card on file. If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more before your appointment this will NOT apply to you. If you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, this also will apply. I run on a schedule that goes by 15 minute intervals which unfortunately leaves me no time to accommodate any tardiness past 10 minutes. In between each guest I sanitize heavily to protect your health and mine. This process takes 15-20 minutes. No exceptions past 10 minutes late. I understand emergency’s may come up, please talk to me about your reasoning if you feel this is an unfair policy for your specific situation. Please understand when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. I have the appointment confirmations go out 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget. Because the service is reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. *in the event the 24 hour cancellation fee is required, I will charge the card on file. Once I receive the payment we can schedule your next appointment. Until that is paid you will NOT be able to book again* SATURDAYS- Saturday’s are the most requested day. If you no show or cancel a Saturday appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time unfortunately there’s NO exception. If you chose to reschedule your appointment for a Saturday, it must be 24 hours or more in advanced otherwise the cancellation fee will be due.
